Textured Ridge in Crater near Medusae Fossae

A Textured Ridge
This is a very interesting formation near the center of an impact crater to the west of Medusa Fossae and Nicholson Crater. Is the ridge light-toned? Is it an exposure of rock, or mantled with dust? Is the texture a product of stratification? Is this plausibly a remnant of a once much more extensive “fill” in this unnamed crater?
