Korolev Crater Ejecta

Korolev Crater Ejecta

The Great Scattering
This image shows a large area of ejecta scattering from Korolev Crater (directly south of here). This ejecta appears somewhat elongated and may be due to wind or could have been caused due to the angle at which the meteor hit Mars. Additionally, the ejecta indicates the type of wind this specific northern region of Mars experiences.
