Lower Stratigraphy of Kaporo Crater Mound

Lower Stratigraphy of Kaporo Crater Mound

Stratigraphy of a Kaporo Crater Mound
Kaporo Crater contains a divided central mound of layered deposits that indicate multiple unconformities in the stratigraphy. An unconformity is a buried erosion surface, where the bedding layers do not match. This re-image will help to resolve bedding orientation and bed thicknesses to understand variation in the stratigraphy and the unconformity between the lower and upper portions of the mound.
