The objective of this observation is to examine valleys that appear to have ridges on their floors. The ridges may be inverted terrain. Huygens is about 450 kilometers wide, located in the heavily cratered Southern highlands of Mars. Crater counts of the rim unit of the impact basin indicate that it is almost 4000 million years old.
