This channel’s shape changes where a narrow fissure crosscuts the floor of a wider channel and adjacent surfaces. The fissure may have released fluid that formed or modified channels downstream to the south. Olympica Fossae is a complex channel located on the volcanic plains between Alba Mons and Olympus Mons.
